I have a bathtub/shower combo with some cabinets directly abover it making for a very enclosed space that I would like to completely redo. I envision having the cabintes above the shower/tub gutted and then a new shower/tub with nice large tile and new faucet/shower fixtures and a couple of recessed lights placed in above the bathing space. I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

I just purchased a home with a large, open kitchen and I would like to install a kitchen island. I've found a few online for approx $2000 and I'm wondering if an island built for my kitchen by a contractor would be less expensive.

New vanity tops and sinks for 3 bathroom. 1t is small 1/2 bath with small one sink vanty. It has a new sink so just looking for vanity top. 2nd is 2 sink vanity top and a new white toilet. 3rd one sink long vanity and a new white toilet. Looking at updating for future sale of home. Not looking for top line granite etc.

Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.

I am wanting to convert a garage into a bedroom and a closet and a bathroom, carpet ect. The room next to it requires a little work carpet, closing off the washer and dryer and turning the closet that faces the den around. Would like to share the bathroom with the other room if possible.
